Payment Confirmation: For online payments via MoMo, the system confirms instantly. For COD orders, payment is collected on delivery.

Refund Policy: In case of transaction errors or duplicates, BeeKrowd guarantees a refund within 5-7 business days from the confirmation of the issue. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used. For MoMo payments, refunds may be processed faster, within 1-3 business days.
