1Payment Methods

BeeKrowd supports a variety of payment channels to provide maximum flexibility for our customers. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption technology and comply with international PCI DSS security standards.

MoMo E-Wallet

Fast payment via the MoMo app by scanning the QR code displayed at checkout. Maximum transaction limit of 50,000,000 VND per transaction. Processing time: instant.

VNPay QR

Supports payment via Mobile Banking apps of most banks in Vietnam (Vietcombank, Techcombank, BIDV, Vietinbank, MB Bank, TPBank, VPBank, VIB, ACB, SHB, and 40+ other banks). Pay directly by scanning the QR code through your banking app.

Bank Transfer

BeeKrowd's bank account details will be sent via confirmation email immediately after you complete your order. Please use your order ID as the transfer reference for fastest reconciliation. Processing time: 1-24 business hours after payment is received.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for all orders under 10,000,000 VND. Pay directly in cash or via transfer to the delivery staff upon receiving the product. COD fees are fully covered by BeeKrowd.

2Payment Processing

Place Order: After completing your order, the system will send a confirmation email with detailed information and your order ID.

Payment Confirmation: For online payments via MoMo or VNPay, the system confirms instantly. For bank transfers, we will confirm within 1-24 business hours after receiving the payment.

Order Processing: Your order will be transferred to the warehouse for preparation and packaging after successful payment confirmation. Average processing time: 1-2 business days.

D

Delivery: The order will be handed over to the shipping carrier and delivered within the estimated time stated in our shipping policy.

3Transaction Security

BeeKrowd implements the most advanced security measures to ensure every transaction is absolutely safe:

  • ✓No Card Information Storage: BeeKrowd absolutely does not store credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or any sensitive customer information on our system. All card transactions are processed directly through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways.
  • ✓Two-Factor Authentication: High-value transactions require additional verification via OTP sent to your registered phone number or email.
  • ✓24/7 Monitoring: Our automated fraud detection system operates continuously, alerting and blocking suspicious transactions in real time.

4Currency & Pricing

Product prices listed on the website include:

  • ✓Listed Price: The final price of the product, including value-added tax (VAT) as prescribed by Vietnamese law.
  • ✓Shipping Fee: Calculated separately based on order weight and delivery address. Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • ✓Currency: Transactions are conducted in Vietnamese Dong (VND). For international customers, prices may be displayed in USD for reference, but the final payment will be converted at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Refund Policy: In case of transaction errors or duplicates, BeeKrowd guarantees a refund within 5-7 business days from the confirmation of the issue. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used. For MoMo/VNPay payments, refunds may be processed faster, within 1-3 business days.

This Payment Policy is effective as of January 1, 2025. BeeKrowd reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be announced on our website.
