Return & Refund Policy

BeeKrowd is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchased product, we are ready to assist with returns and exchanges under the clear and transparent policy outlined below.

1Return Eligibility

BeeKrowd accepts returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Products are eligible for return when they meet all of the following conditions:

Product in Original Condition

The product must be unused, unwashed, with no signs of wear or being tried on (except for reasonable size checking). All original tags and labels must be intact.

Complete Packaging

Products must be returned in their original BeeKrowd packaging (box/bag) along with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any included gifts.

Proof of Purchase

Please provide your order ID or receipt (order confirmation email) for verification. If you cannot find your receipt, please contact support for lookup via personal information.

Manufacturer Defect

Products with quality defects: loose seams, incorrect printing, severe color discrepancies, torn or structurally damaged items. In this case, BeeKrowd will replace the product completely free of charge and cover all shipping costs.

Wrong Product / Wrong Size

If you receive a different product than ordered (wrong color, size, or style), or the size doesn't fit. BeeKrowd supports exchanging for the correct product or size. You pay return shipping; BeeKrowd covers shipping for the replacement item.

Change of Mind

If you change your purchase decision or are not satisfied with the product. BeeKrowd accepts returns within 7 days of receipt. You pay shipping both ways. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Contact Support

Email support@beekrowd.com or call 0376 372 727 with your order ID, reason for return, and product photos (if defective/damaged). Support will respond within 4-8 business hours.

Request Confirmation

BeeKrowd confirms your return request within 24 hours. If approved, we will send detailed instructions on how to return the item along with a return shipping label (if applicable).

Ship the Product Back

Package the product according to BeeKrowd's standards (original packaging, all accessories) and ship to the provided warehouse address. For manufacturer defects, BeeKrowd will arrange free pickup.

Inspection & Processing

After receiving the returned item (typically 3-7 days), BeeKrowd will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If it meets the conditions, we will ship the replacement or process the refund.

Completion

For exchanges: the new product will be shipped within 2-3 business days. For refunds: the amount will be returned via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, except for manufacturer defects:
