1Shipping Coverage
BeeKrowd provides shipping services throughout Vietnam, including the following areas:
HCMC & Hanoi City Centers
Delivery within 1-2 business days via GrabExpress, AhaMove, or Giao Hang Tiet Kiem.
Suburbs & Other Provinces
Delivery within 3-5 business days via Giao Hang Nhanh, Viettel Post, or Vietnam Post.
Remote Areas & Islands
Delivery within 5-10 business days. Time may vary depending on weather and terrain conditions.
2Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on two main factors: order weight (or quantity) and the geographical distance from the warehouse to the delivery address. Specific fees are as follows:

Note: The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. BeeKrowd regularly offers free shipping promotions during special events and holidays.

BeeKrowd has strategic partnerships with Vietnam's leading reputable carriers, ensuring your orders are handled professionally and on schedule:
Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN)
Main shipping partner. Covers all 63 provinces. Average delivery time: 1-3 days.
Viettel Post
Shipping to remote areas and islands. Delivery time: 3-7 days.
GrabExpress
Express delivery within HCMC & Hanoi city centers in 2-4 hours.
Vietnam Post (VNPost)
Economical shipping, suitable for low-value orders. Delivery time: 4-7 days.
4Packaging Standards
Each BeeKrowd product is packaged following a rigorous 4-layer protection process:
Original Packaging
Products are placed in BeeKrowd's custom-designed boxes with logo and branding, ensuring aesthetics and brand value.
Protective Padding
Bubble wrap, foam, or kraft paper is used to secure products and prevent impact damage during transportation.
Reinforced Carton Box
Orders are packed in 3-layer corrugated cartons meeting export standards, capable of withstanding loads up to 30kg.
Tamper-Proof Seal
All packages are sealed with BeeKrowd anti-counterfeit security tape, ensuring products reach customers in pristine condition.
5Order Tracking
After your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number. You can track your order in the following ways:
- ✓BeeKrowd Website: Log in to your account and visit "My Orders" to view real-time status updates.
- ✓Carrier's Website: Enter your tracking number on the carrier's website for detailed route information.
- ✓Email Notifications: The system automatically sends email updates at key milestones (handed over, in transit, arrived at local hub, out for delivery, delivered successfully).
6Delivery Issues & Resolution
Late Delivery
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated time, please contact customer support. BeeKrowd will coordinate with the carrier to check and resolve within 24 hours. If the delay exceeds 48 hours from the committed time, you will receive a 50% refund on shipping fees.
Damaged Products During Shipping
In the unfortunate event that products are damaged, dented, or lost during shipping, please:
- Refuse delivery and ask the carrier to confirm the condition.
- Take photos of the product and packaging as evidence.
- Contact BeeKrowd within 24 hours via email or hotline.
- BeeKrowd will replace or refund 100% within 3-5 business days.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery information before confirming your order. If an error is found, contact BeeKrowd immediately. If the order has not yet been handed to the carrier, we will update the address for free. If already handed over, redirect costs will be borne by the customer.
This Shipping Policy is effective as of January 1, 2025. BeeKrowd reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be announced on our website.
