Welcome to BeeKrowd. By accessing and using beekrowd.com, including making purchases, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any transaction.

1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

BeeKrowd — BeeKrowd Corporation, the owner and operator of beekrowd.com.

Customer — An individual or organization accessing the website, placing orders, and/or making purchases on beekrowd.com.

•

Products — Goods and services listed and offered for sale on beekrowd.com.

•

Order — A purchase request submitted by a customer to BeeKrowd through the website.

•

Contract — The purchase agreement formed between the customer and BeeKrowd upon order confirmation.

2Contract Formation Process

Step 1: Placing an Order (Offer to Purchase)

When you complete the ordering process on the website and click "Place Order" / "Confirm", the order is considered a valid offer to purchase from you. BeeKrowd reserves the right to reject this offer in certain cases such as: out-of-stock products, invalid order information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Step 2: Order Confirmation

BeeKrowd will send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided after verifying the information and inventory status. The purchase contract is formally formed at this point. The confirmation email will include the order ID, product list, total value, payment method, and delivery information.

Step 3: Processing & Delivery

The order will be transferred to the warehouse for preparation and packaging. Standard order processing time is 1-2 business days, after which it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

3Product Information & Pricing

Product Descriptions

BeeKrowd makes every effort to describe products accurately and in detail, including images, specifications, materials, and usage instructions. However, product colors displayed on screen may vary slightly depending on your device and display settings. We cannot guarantee that screen colors are entirely accurate.

Pricing

Product prices listed on the website are final prices, inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) as required by Vietnamese law, unless otherwise stated. In the event of pricing errors (e.g., incorrect listed price due to system error), BeeKrowd reserves the right to inform the customer of the correct price and request reconfirmation before processing the order.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional programs, discount codes, and special offers have specific terms and conditions. BeeKrowd reserves the right to modify or terminate promotional programs at any time without prior notice. Each discount code may only be used once per order and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless otherwise specified.

4Rights & Obligations

Customer Rights

  • ✓Receive products of the correct type, quantity, and quality as described on the website.
  • ✓Return or exchange products in accordance with BeeKrowd's return policy.
  • ✓Have personal information protected under BeeKrowd's Privacy Policy.

Customer Obligations

  • ✓Provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information, shipping details, and payment information.
  • ✓Make full and timely payment according to the chosen method.
  • ✓Follow product usage instructions to ensure safety and durability.
  • ✓Not use the website for illegal purposes or activities harmful to BeeKrowd's systems.

BeeKrowd's Obligations

  • ✓Provide products as described, ensuring quality and quantity.
  • ✓Deliver on time and to the address as committed.
  • ✓Protect customer personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • ✓Resolve complaints and provide customer support in a timely manner.

5Force Majeure

BeeKrowd strives to ensure smooth website operation and timely delivery. However, in the following force majeure circumstances, we may be unable to fulfill part or all of our obligations:

  • •Natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, or other force majeure events as defined by law.
  • •Wide-area network technical failures, cyberattacks (DDoS), incidents from IT infrastructure providers.
  • •Changes in legal policies or regulations by competent state authorities affecting business operations.
  • •Incidents from shipping partners or other third parties beyond BeeKrowd's control.

In force majeure circumstances, BeeKrowd will promptly notify customers of the impact and expected resolution time. We are committed to doing everything possible to minimize damage and resolve matters fairly for our customers.

6Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to transactions on beekrowd.com shall be resolved according to the following process:

Direct Negotiation

The parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days from the date the dispute arises.

Mediation

If negotiation fails, the parties may request mediation at the Commercial Mediation Center in accordance with Vietnamese law.

Court

If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent People's Court in accordance with Vietnamese law.

7Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all transactions on beekrowd.com shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The parties undertake to comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to the Civil Code 2015, Commercial Law 2005, Consumer Protection Law 2010, Decree 52/2013/ND-CP on e-commerce, and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of January 1, 2025.

BeeKrowd reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on the website and takes effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website and completion of transactions after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Please check this page periodically.
